i love this scale! the built-in food database makes weighing a breeze. i use it for my 5 yr old who is a type 1 diabetic. there are many features on it and it's simple to navigate. the title of the product is a little deceiving because it made me believe it was a small scale that i could take on the go. if you're taking it "on the go" be prepared to have a backpack, etc. as it will not fit in a purse. other than that it's wonderful! it comes with a protector pouch. great for diabetics who need the carb-count.

Compact. Intuitive. Accurate. Hard to read display out of direct light. Hinge same height as weighing platform which limits size of item being weighted. Searching for food is a slow process.
