This purchase was a replacement for me. I have had other Dream Time Neck Roll pillows for the last ten years. You can feel the difference when you don't have it! I take it everywhere when I travel... even on my honeymoon! That is some love for a pillow! They last forever if you take good care of them! Only wish... an easily removable inside cover that is spill proof, so you don't you don't have to remove the insides to get a good wash. Other than that, best neck roll ever!

I purchased this pillow as a gift for a friend who has had neck and shoulder pain recently. She loves the support the pillow provides her neck. She worried, at first, that the pillow would be too firm, but found that it is rather "plush" at the same time. She sleeps comfortably with it and no other pillow is needed.
